- Unique donors are counted by unique email address
- Ties are broken by the earliest timestamped donation
- All nonprofits must be approved and active on the Giving Day platform
- Prizes are awarded after verification by Giving Day staff
- Prize winners will be notified within 24 hours of close of prize window via the primary admin email address listed on the winning nonprofit 860Gives account
- Prize winners may be promoted on 860Gives and/or United Way social media properties
- All prize times listed are based on Eastern Time
- All prizes are paid out by United Way of Central and Northeastern Connecticut
- Prizes will be paid out within 30 business days of the close of 860Gives. 860Gives ends at 6 a.m. (Eastern) on April 2, 2026
